Bought there's for work, very comfortable for nice looking Oxford's but after 7 months they are already wearing and peeling on the toe cap. I'm a pilot so I'm not doing anything crazy with these. The rest of the shoes are doing ok so far. I do really like them so for a cheap work shoe I'd probably buy again

Inexpensively priced--allegedly--leather shoe. Best deal I could find that wasn't obviously fake plastic "leather". Surprisingly comfortable for a cheap shoe although I haven't done any 50 mile hikes in them. Basic black dress shoe.

I think this is my 4th or 5th pair of these shoes. Great fit. Nice style that's not too fancy, but dressy enough for all occasions. Very comfortable. I miss the "hiking boot" tread pattern that my first couple pairs had, but the current tread style works pretty well too.

The fit was good, over all a good shoe. My only complaint is that they don't have the best grip on the floor. No traction. But they look and feel really nice.

I generally try to never buy certain things sight unseen, especially over the Internet. Cars, houses, dogs, and shoes are all on the list. Shoes especially, because the other things on the list I can fix. Shoes not so much.

The style and appearance of these shoes isn't bad. My pair is not problem free however. Arrived with a scuff mark on the top of the right shoe. One of the interior pieces was not cut quite right, and I have a slip of unfinished material (brown) peaking up over the rim of the shoe (all black). I give the shoe laces about two months before they need to be replaced.

My biggest disappointment is that these shoes apparently have a steel shank. If I am ever taken hostage or need to cut my way out of the bowels of a hidden tanker before disarming a bomb that would release an asteroid attack certain to wipe out humanity.... well I suppose I could get to the shank and have a nice little tool. Instead, I spend my days going in and out of court. A steel shank means that I have to take my shoes off every single time I walk through security. The last few years I made it a point to buy shoes without the steel shank, and now I remember why. Perhaps I should give that James Bond career a go after all.

Seems to be a good purchase for the money, but I question the durability of the shoe over the long haul. (Or running through a steamy jungle trying to escape an angry pack of rabid zombies....).

Great Shoe- true to size and comfortable

I bought these shoes for my husband over 2m ago. His size is difficult (14, sometimes 15) and he's really hard on his shoes. In the past, I've bought him really expensive shoes that are supposed to last a long time, but they start to show wear really quickly. He's been wearing these every day to work since I gave him these shoes and they still look brand new. I know he's stepped in puddles a few times, but there's no sign of watermarks. There's no fraying or even any sign of wear on the bottom (which has happened within a couple months with much more expensive shoes). We've had some issues in the past with other shoes claiming they're a size 14, but they're small/tight. This shoe was actually true to size. He said from the get-go they fit and feel really good. I was unsure taking a chance on something so low-priced, but so far I'm really pleased (and so is he). They look and feel good quality, but I do have my doubts they will last more than a year with how he abuses his shoes, but the price is such that it's not a big deal if he needs another pair next year.

These shoes will require a couple of days to break in a really feel comfortable. This is my 3rd pair and wear them on a regular basis for work. Each pair I have replaced was due to the sole of the shoe at the ball of the foot wore to thin.

Good shoes for the money

These shoes look good, are well made and fit well. This is my third pair and the only drawback is with the insole. Both of my older pairs started collapsing in the heel. Apparently, the cushion material inside the heel that makes these comfortable to stand and walk in eventually compresses and the insole sinks into the heel (took about a year for me). To be fair, I'm not a skinny or light weight person, but I haven't experienced this sort of thing with a higher end shoe. That's the main reason they aren't five star.

The only other remark I'll make is that these are not made for hard core walking on rough city streets and sidewalks. They are made for office use. The first pair I bought got a lot of street time and the upper started separating from the sole after about six months. The second pair have just been used at work and I change into tennis shoes for the walk home. For working in the office, walking around the building and back and forth to lunch they are comfortable and have held up well. I can't fault Dockers for my abuse of the first pair.

Considering the price, these are a great value and good shoes. Worth the money.

I was looking for a really nice looking shoe for a decent price. I found it in these Dockers. I can't even tell you how many compliments I've gotten with these. I know they're supposed to be a type of shoe you should take care of, but I wear these every day to work and even when I walk about the city. They definitely scuff up and crease easily. That's my only gripe with them, but I really do enjoy wearing my shoes out. It's the pretentious poetic in me to see really beat up shoes after months or years of use. They fit very well, and I suggest using the sizing chart/feature Amazon provides. I usually wear an 8.5 but it suggest I wear a 9 and it worked out perfectly. The color is gorgeous, in my opinion. I like wearing pants of many different colors. Usually darker, earth tones and these absolutely work with most of them. Though it can be tricky to wear a deep brownish/red color with black or grey I think these actually work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice shoe that doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars.
