The plot is quite spellbinding as from the very beginning, even if I would have liked to see something more of the "old" Jacob in order to appreciate the gap between the before surgery /after surgery better. Anyway, I've loved the plot and most of the dialogues, never boring and pretty close to a certain kind of social environment. Totally recommended, you won't be disappointed.
