Zum Autor
Tony Hsieh verkaufte im Alter von 24 Jahren das von ihm mitgegründete Unternehmen LinkExchange für 265 Millionen USD an Microsoft. Danach beriet er den Online-Händler Zappos, dessen CEO er bald wurde und noch heute ist. Das Unternehmen, welches unter anderem vom Fortune Magazine zur „Best Company to Work For“ gewählt wurde, wurde später mit einem Jahresumsatz von mehr als einer Milliarde USD an Amazon verkauft.
