I’ve had this book a couple of days now and I love it! There’s a good bit of content around how to really succeed with clean eating and how to think about what ingredients to buy. There are plenty of recipes to cater to your needs from quick small plates to desserts. The recipes that I’ve tried are yummy and not too complicated however it’s good to know that the way the recipes are written they aren’t as precise or method descriptive as you might find a Nigella recipe.
What I didn't like was that I felt some of the writing was condescending and I also don't care which celebrities follow this stuff - I'd rather just get to know the author herself.
My overall view is that I really liked the recipes, as someone who already subscribes to this kind of diet anyway but I struggled with the tone of the writing.
